CIVCNCT connects people and public services with AI assistants. Our assistant will explain official letters in plain language, find the responsible office and the right forms, and help you fill them in. You always decide and send yourself.

Bürgerpilot: our service in German

Bürgerpilot is the German-language service of CIVCNCT for people in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Its line is “Ihr Draht zum Amt.” (your line to the office).

We plan services for more countries.

How it works

This is the flow we plan:

  1. Describe your matter

    Describe in your own words what you need to do. Or take a photo of a letter from a public office.

  2. See the next step

    The assistant explains what to do and shows the responsible office. It gives the source for each piece of information.

  3. Check and act yourself

    You check every detail and decide. You send forms and letters to the office yourself.

What the assistant will do

  • Understand letters

    You received a letter from a public office. The assistant explains in plain language what it is about, what the office expects from you and by when.

  • Find the right office

    The assistant shows which office is responsible for your matter. It names the right forms and online services, each with its source.

  • Prefill forms

    The assistant fills in forms in your browser. You check every entry before you send the form.

  • Keep track of deadlines

    The assistant shows deadlines and appointments. On request, it creates a reminder for your calendar.

You stay in control. The assistant prepares, you decide. You check every entry and send yourself. The responsible office decides on your matter.

Works with AI assistants

The same functions are planned for our own app and for AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The app, the API and the MCP server are not public yet.

Privacy from the start

We plan the service like this:

  • Personal details such as your name are pseudonymised before an AI model sees them. The model then gets placeholders instead of these details.
  • We do not store your chats on our servers.
  • No tracking and no cookies.

This website already sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads nothing from other providers. Details are in the privacy policy.
